Diesel Metering System

So, there arises the need for a metering system that would keep track of how much fuel has been flowed through the pipes.

Working Principle

The Diesel transfer unit implanted with the metering system is easy to connect to 1” quick coupling of the drum or tank at the same time giving the liberty of using the flow meter if the need arises. The Diesel metering system which we produce is a complete pump set with the 25 delivery hose as in suction hose for an option, manual nozzle, and ZM-120 chemical flow meter. As an option, the auto nozzle is also available, if a customer demands.

Chemical Flow Meter or Diesel metering system is available in numerous versions – DYB-40, DYB 70, DYB 80. But, there are some other versions too like DYB 50, DYB 75 that can also be used for the Petrol flow meter. At our manufacturing units, we produce best-in-class diesel metering system that has superbly equipped diesel transfer unit.

Diesel Transfer Unit produced at our units has electric transfer pump that is suitable for diesel oil as well as kerosene and gasoline transfer.
